Whenever possible, in-stock products will be dispatched within three working days.
Carriage is provided at no charge for all orders over £300 for the UK Mainland only. Non carriage paid orders for the UK Mainland are £10 per box. UK Non-Mainland, Scottish Highlands, Northern and Southern Ireland are carriage paid for orders in excess of £450. Non carriage paid orders for these destinations are £12 per box. Overseas (Non-Irish) deliveries are charged at cost.

Out of Stock
We do our best to identify products that are out of stock. However, if any products selected are not in stock, you will be contacted and be given the option of substituting the item or placing it on backorder.
Unless otherwise indicated, all Malini cushions are supplied with either a fibre or duck feather pad. For ease of storage, these high quality pads are vacuum packed.
If you are a first time customer, your initial order is be serviced on a pro forma basis. Subsequent orders over £300 can be paid on account with a 30 day term. Payments can be made by cash or cheque.
In the rare case where stock is found to be defective, please contact the office so that we can arrange for a credit note. Goods ordered but returned for reasons other than a defect will be subject to a 10% restocking charge.

Malini provides wholesale supply to retailers. As such, we are not able to sell our products directly to members of the public.
